\nWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance, and scalable backend services. You will be a key contributor to our core platform, working on critical features, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring the reliability of our infrastructure. This role involves significant ownership and impact on our product roadmap.\n\nResponsibilities
\n- Lead the design and implementation of new features and services for our core platform.\n- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.\n- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.\n- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring high availability and system health.\n- Contribute to improving engineering best practices, tools, and processes.\n\nRequirements
\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development.\n- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Java, Go, Python, Node.js).\n- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.\n- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\n- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.\n\nRequired Technical Skills
