Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer at SynergyWorks, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining both the frontend and backend components of our core SaaS product. You will work on a wide range of features, from designing user interfaces and implementing interactive components to building robust APIs, managing databases, and ensuring the overall scalability and performance of the application. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the entire technology stack and have a significant impact on product development.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components of our web application.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-documented interfaces.
- Work with database systems to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data integrity.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help define technical best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying web applications from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Required Technical Skills
- **Frontend:** JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js; HTML5, CSS3.
- **Backend:** Node.js (Express.js, NestJS), Python (Django, Flask), or Ruby on Rails.
- **Databases:** PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or similar.
- **API:** RESTful API design and implementation.
- **Version Control:** Git.
- **Cloud Platforms:** Experience with deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- **Tools:** Webpack, npm/yarn, Docker (basic understanding).
