About Company :
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites applications for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA and for the Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme). This examination is for unmarried male and female candidates for admission to the 154th Course of NDA and 116th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd January, 2025.
Vacancies
- Army: 208 (including 10 for female candidates)
- Navy: 42 (including 06 for female candidates)
- Air Force (Flying): 92 (including 02 for female candidates)
- Air Force (Ground Duties – Tech): 18 (including 02 for female candidates)
- Air Force (Ground Duties – Non Tech): 10 (including 02 for female candidates)
- Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 30 (including 09 for female candidates)
Total: 404 vacancies.
Eligibility
- Nationality: Citizen of India.
- Age Limit: Only unmarried male/female candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2006 and not later than 1st January, 2009 are eligible.
Qualifications
- For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Selection Process
The selection process involves a Written Examination followed by Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview for qualified candidates.
