Job Description :
As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. You will define product strategy, gather requirements, write specifications, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the development process.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to define and launch successful products.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
