Job Description :
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying robust ML models and systems. You will work across the entire ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments. This role requires a blend of strong programming skills, deep understanding of ML principles, and the ability to build scalable and efficient AI solutions that power our core products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various business problems.
- Conduct extensive data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune ML models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and generalization.
- Deploy ML models into production environments, monitoring their performance and ensuring system reliability.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into existing products.
- Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, with experience in ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with the entire ML lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment.
- Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their applications.
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data warehousing solutions.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
