Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Engineer (SDET) to join our product development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise-level software products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to a culture of quality.
Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation, with a strong focus on SDET roles.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
Technical Skills :
Java/Python, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Postman/Rest Assured for API testing, Performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner), Git, Jenkins/CircleCI, Docker, SQL, Linux/Unix.
